The Park jean is made of Christopher Blue’s best
selling non-denim fabric in a year around stretch twill blend.
Piece dyed
with care for uniformity of color and consistent fit, the Park
Jean is not your teeny bopper, low-rise bell bottom. This body
is cut
on the same block as the “Madison/Juku” jean
only with a slightly lower rise that hits one finger's width below
the navel. It has a 20” bottom opening and the flare flows
from the seat instead of the knee. The fabric is a dream to wear – soft
against the skin with a feel that is almost “brushed” and
finished with a technique that is exclusive to Christopher Blue.
Blended with Lycra for comfort, stretch and superior memory, these
jeans return to shape when you wear them. The placement and size
of back pockets is critical too – these are positioned just
so – to
flatter the derriere. Back pockets have simple criss-cross stitch
detailing on the lower pocket. Double seaming details the hem,
yoke, five belt loops and pockets.
