Payment Options
At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover credit cards. At the time of order the total dollar
amount
of the order will be approved and allocated although payment (transfer
of funds) does not occur until the order actually ships. If the amount
charged exceeds your credit limit your order will be automatically cancelled
and we will contact you. For debit cards, the payment is deducted from
your account at the time the card is approved. A receipt is included
with each order.
Sales Tax
Cottons is required by law to charge 8% tax on all orders shipped
within the state of Washington. For all other shipping locales no tax
is charged.
Shipping Rates & Information
All merchandise ships within 1-2 business
days as long as all items are in stock. We offer three shipping options
within
the
United
States: UPS ground, UPS three day and UPS second-day air. Shipping
is not available to post office boxes at this time. At the time of
shipping
you will
be
contacted via email with a UPS tracking number and confirmation of
your shipping.
UPS Ground: $10.00 for orders under $100
Free shipping for orders over $100
UPS Three Day: $25.00
UPS Second-Day Air: $30.00
Alaska and Hawaii: Orders shipped
to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via parcel post only at a charge
of $12.00. If you require expedited shipping please contact us for
a shipping quote.
International Shipping: Currently we
ship only to Canada, Great Britain and Australia via Global Priority
Mail. Please
contact us for quotes
to ship to other countries and U.S. territories.
Global Priority Mail
to Canada: $15.00

Returns & Exchange Policy: We realize that online ordering
is like taking a leap of faith. You place an order for what you hope
is the right
size and color and keep your fingers crossed that you guessed correctly.
While we hope every order is perfect, we understand that sometimes it
just doesn’t work out. For all returns and exchanges please include
the original invoice and note the reason for the return or exchange.
* Please note that sale items are all final sale and can not be returned.
Returns: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
of the original purchase date. All items must be unworn and in the
original
condition with tags still attached. Please include the packing
invoice and note the reason for the return. Shipping charges are nonrefundable,
and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
and will not be reimbursed. Credit will be issued back to the original
card used to purchase the item/items. * Please note that sale items
